The two phishing files you have reported for lainfile.pw have been 
removed.

I would like to reiterate that I do respect your concern, but I will 
respectfully decline removing any JS or CSS files unless you follow the 
proper legal procedures (for files that might be illegally hosted on 
p.fuwafuwa.moe).

Please understand that I won't remove non-malicious files, just because 
someone might use them for phishing attempts. Even if I do remove them, 
they could just re-upload them like they did on lainfile.pw, but any 
users using the Bootstrap and jQuery files for non-malicious purposes 
(e.g. hosting a site on https://p.fuwafuwa.moe using Bootstrap and/or 
jQuery) would be negatively affected by my removal of them.

If any of the files you originally reported for p.fuwafuwa.moe violate 
your copyright, I would again like to ask you to send a proper DMCA 
takedown notice to abuse@fuwafuwa.moe. I can assure you this will be 
handled promptly.
