I appreciate your concern, but files that are not illegal won't be 
removed. For example, the CSS file you showed in this e-mail is part of 
Bootstrap 2, which is freely available online and can be used for many 
purposes other than phishing. Some other files that you reported but 
are not illegal are copies of jQuery and jQuery modules.

Some of these files, like the JavaScript file you mentioned in your 
last e-mail, might be a copyright violation however, so if you do want 
them removed, please file a DMCA takedown notice.

Alternatively, if you could send a list of JavaScript files that are 
undeniably uploaded for phishing purposes, those could be removed.
