On 2016-07-18, the hosting account for fuwafuwa.moe and cocaine.ninja 
was suspended for the hosting of suspected illegal content. This has 
since been resolved.

Since these reports have been frequent lately, all archives larger than 
32MiB and all encrypted archives have been deleted from cocaine.ninja. 
If you wish to recover one of these files, you can send an e-mail to 
les@cocaine.ninja with the name of the file. All backups of these files 
will be deleted on 2016-07-25.

Furthermore, the maximum file size has been limited to 32MiB.

If abuse persists, encrypted archives will be permanently banned and 
the maximum file size will not be increased again. The situation will 
be closely monitored for cocaine.ninja and all other services hosted on 
the same machine (including fuwafuwa.moe), with the appropriate respect 
for the users' privacy.

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please note that the amount of files 
that have been deleted is only a fraction of the amount of files hosted 
on cocaine.ninja: approximately 1950 files were removed, with more than 
11,000 files remaining. We feel most users who use the service for 
legitimate purposes won't be harmed by this decision.
