The backups have been removed. I'd like to know why I couldn't extract the archive with the passphrase you provided, so future abuse reports can be handled correctly. This is how I tried to extract it: https://pst.moe/paste/REDACTED As you can see, I first renamed the file like you told me to. Then I tried to extract it, but it didn't prompt me for a password, but instead just joined the two split files into one. When I tried to open the joined archive with the provided password, I get an error message saying the password is incorrect. I've tried this with other 7zip extractors (J7Z and engrampa), but still got the same errors (REDACTED and https://p.fuwafuwa.moe/eraezm.png respectively). It's possible I'm doing something wrong, but if that's the case, I want to know what it is, so I can properly handle abuse reports in the future. I have received other abuse reports for encrypted archives, but never had any problems extracting them when given the correct passphrase. Kind regards Les On Tue, 26 Jul 2016 at 09:36 complaints@iwf.org.uk wrote: Dear LRD, We have checked the PW provided and the analyst confirms that the PW provided is correct and was only required for the first two reports. We have no need to re-investigate these files as we downloaded and captured the evidence at the time of sending our report to the French Hotline.
