This issue was resolved by Righstide, .ninja's registry, and the 
'serverHold' status was removed.

The registry for .ninja has noted the nature of cocaine.ninja's 
services and will act appropriately in the future.

Six files containing child abuse imagery were removed from the server
and all backups:

Two other files were reported as containing child abuse content. These 
files were protected with a passphrase. The passphrase that the 
registry provided was incorrect. Therefore these files could not be 
investigated and were not removed.
