Unlawfully child pornographic material as defined in paragraph 4, 1°, 2° or 3°, of article 383 bis of
the Criminal Code, to have exhibited, offered, sold, rented, broadcast, delivered,
spread, distributed, made available or handed over, or child pornographic material to have
manufactured, imported or have imported, to wit a server having hosted that contained three
child pornographic videos.

In Haacht and in Leuven in the period of April 14, 2016 up to and including February 24, 2017, several times, on
imprecisely determined dates

Wittingly and unlawfully child pornographic material as defined in paragraph 4, 1°, 2° or 3°, of article
383 bis of the Criminal Code, to have acquired, to have held in his possession or, with knowledge of the
facts, through the use of information and communication technology, to have gained access, to
wit child pornographic drawings and sex toys in the shape of childlike genitalia.
